Kick Off Prayer Service...This Thursday

This coming Thursday, the 7th of March, I will be kicking off our Prayer Meeting with a DVD featuring Jim Cymbala's world famous sermon titled, "My House Shall Be Called A House of Prayer"

I am inviting everyone to attend this amazing sermon that Pastor Cymbala gave unprepared to a large audience.  You can bring the kids, grandma, cousins, dad, mom, who ever needs to grasp the reality of the living God and the power of prayer that is available to all of us.
The prayer meeting will begin at 6:30 and the DVD will be shown from 7:00 till 8:00.

I can't think of a better way to introduce everyone to the power of prayer and how it can change the lives of not only the congregation but also the future of the church.

Also, Bob and Judi Bertels will be starting a Bible study the Sunday after Easter, April 7th.

I will need to know who is planning on attending this class. They will be moderating the class using the book, "not a fan" by Kyle Idleman. I have read this book and it is a life changing book. If you think you know what being a Christian is, wait until you go thru this study. Please let me know if you would like to attend this class so we can order the appropriate amount of materials.

We are planning on having the class on Sundays before the service but this is subject to change I will keep you posted.  Stay tuned for more info.
